Let’s begin with a fact; the last four Republican presidents failed our nation economically and socially. Reagan, Bush 41, Bush 43, and now Trump implemented policies which can only be called “trickle-down economics.” They claimed to believe that giving the rich even more money would create jobs and stimulate economic growth. They were completely unaware or were in denial that greed is a standard among the super-rich. They can never achieve enough wealth.

Prior to his gift from the Electoral College Trump promised that he would reduce the trade deficit. His unilateral decision was to place tariffs on imports. Every nation countered with tariffs of their own, but he underestimated the second largest economy in the world, China. A trade war began and has lasted for months with no end in sight. The people of both nations are beginning to suffer from the consequences of their failed governments.

Today Trump admitted for the first time that his mistake is the reason our nation is moving towards another recession because of the failures of a Republican president.

“Donald Trump told reporters Wednesday that the Dow stock index would be ‘10,000 points higher’ if he hadn’t begun a trade war with China. He must be toying with some new election slogans. How about: But for me, the economy would be amazing! That’s catchy, eh?”

The truth is that Trump has been on a mission to destroy the growing economy of President Obama. Our nation was in full recovery mode until Trump repealed dozens of policies created by the President’s administration.

Four failed presidents and four failed economies. America suffers when right-wing politicians control our nation. These are facts, not political allegations. History reveals the facts.

One simple fact offers 320 million Americans the truth.

In 2001 George W. Bush walked into the White House knowing that the government of the United States had a surplus of funds thanks to William Jefferson Clinton’s administration. When he left office in 2009, America was engaged in two unwinnable wars, and trillions of dollars in debt. The great recession had begun, and without desperate measures a depression was certain.

President Obama was forced to make extraordinary efforts to save our nation. When he left office, our nation was in full recovery. Today we are moving towards another depression unless more extraordinary efforts are made by this administration.

The real truth is that Trump is a failed businessman who has no understanding of good business practices; especially when we are talking about the world’s largest economy. After six bankruptcies, he is now willing to bankrupt the United States of America.

Tell everyone; “the truth lives here.”
