Republicans Continue to Embrace Fascism and Support Trump

Fuhrer Donald Trump is supported by every member of his party; at least in Washington. In a move which is pure fascism, Moscow Mitch and his storm troopers are planning to cancel the Republican primaries, although several GOP politicians are planning to challenge “Trumpenstein.” This is not democracy.

The truth; this is another desperate effort by the right-wing to give Trump a chance of winning his reelection effort in 2020. Polls show him losing to nearly every Democratic candidate who will be in next Thursday’s debate.

I don’t believe in polls, but I believe in the three million Americans who helped Hillary Clinton win the popular vote in 2016, and the millions more who will join them in 2020. Trump’s approval numbers continue to be the lowest in history. His party’s approval rating is 33 percent while their disapproval rating is 55.9 percent with 10.8 percent undecided.

Republicans prove that they are desperate to win an election but unconcerned about the people of our nation. Trump represents approximately 40 percent of all Americans, constantly attacks the rest of us, and remains a great danger to the future of our nation.

“The RNC and the Republican Party are firmly behind the president,” said RNC spokeswoman Blair Ellis, “and any effort to challenge him in a primary is bound to go absolutely nowhere.”

Hey, Ellis: Isn’t the point that if someone wants to challenge the orange man, shouldn’t that be allowed? That’s what democracy is all about and until the right-wing destroys our democratic republic every American should have the right of dissent.

Finally, I have to ask a very serious and honest question: “What are you afraid of? Are you fearful that several real Republicans might decide that they would be a better president than Trump?” That’s the most probable fact. Trump is the worst president in American History. His constant lies alone make him unfit to be our president.

(A final note about the picture. Another bleief Trump shares with Hitler is “if you tell a lie often enough, most people will believe it”).

Tell everyone; “the truth lives here.”
