Wilbur Ross threatened to fire members of the NOAA if they refused to confirm Trump’s ignorant and fallacious claim that Hurricane Dorian was threatening Alabama. The models never showed this as a possibility, and Trump’s tweets came after Dorian moved east and was expected to skirt the coast of our eastern seaboard. Can you say “corruption,” and “deceit?”
“We are now at truly astonishing levels of administration corruption. The New York Times is citing three sources to report that Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross personally phoned acting NOAA administrator Neil Jacobs from Greece to say the ‘political staff at NOAA would be fired’ if they did not ‘fix’ the agency’s public contradictions of Donald Trump’s knowingly false assertions that Alabama was under threat from Hurricane Dorian.”
The Washington Mafia is desperate to retain power in our nation’s government. Despite the efforts of Moscow Mitch McConnel and other failed Republicans, Trump’s circle of sinners has been exposed.
Lies can only last for a short period of time. Eventually the truth rises from the failed efforts of prevaricators to fool the people. This is what is happening today in Washington.
Trump’s anti-American administration can no longer rely on their lies to make fools of the American people. Moscow Mitch McConnell has served his fuhrer well, but it won’t be enough to save Trump or his party from defeat in 2020. The end of this Republican Party in name only is inevitable.
In 2010 the “TEA Party” gained influence in the once GOP, and began its efforts to destroy not only democracy, but the once respected Republican Party. With the week leadership of Moscow Mitch McConnell, and Lyin Paul Ryan they succeeded, but not in the way they expected. A few years later the “Freedom Caucus” infested the House. They were so far to the right that “extremism” no longer had limits by definition. Today the once Grand Old Party is only a memory.
The fact that today’s Republican Party in name only supports Trump’s desperate lies is proof that the Party of Lincoln is non-existent in the 21st century.
Supporting Trump is political suicide. Every major Democratic candidate is favored in the polls against Trump in 2020. Real Americans refuse to accept Trump’s illegitimate presidency and his support for Russia, North Korea, and Saudi Arabia; all enemies of the United States. Trump is undoubtedly an agent of Vladimir Putin and his goal is the destruction of our form of government.
The truth is that nothing about corruption in this administration is a surprise. The worst of America compose Trump’s cabinet and his closest advisers; and Moscow Mitch McConnell is complicit. Although he was aware that Trump’s nominees were not only unqualified but opposed to democracy in America, he forced his Republican dominated senate to confirm Trump’s abominable selections.
We can change the regressive policies of Trump’s administration in 2020. Vote and choose candidates who will represent your family and your friends.
Tell everyone; “the truth lives here.”
