The truth is that Trump is a habitual criminal. His public life reveals he was a draft dodger, and a failed wannabe businessman who resorted to bribing officials who could aid in his failed attempts at success. As he aged, he became a more aggressive criminal. Everything from lying about the value of his investments to fraudulent tax returns were standard operating practice for a man who was desperate to become a billionaire and a celebrity.
After he received his illegitmate victory in the 2016 election; a gift from the Electoral College, he began to use his position and the national treasury to increase his personal wealth. There is no doubt that Trump has committed crimes of treason which must be punished.
Today Trump’s attorneys admitted that he is a criminal. They offered a defense which is not only unconscionable, it violates the very principle of the Constitution and the rule of law. His attorneys offered a ludicrous defense.
Their argument is, “PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT” or supposedly lack “a legitimate legislative purpose.” On Thursday, though, they came up with a novel new argument: It’s illegal to investigate a sitting president for any crimes he may have committed.
Are we to accept Trump’s claim that he is above the law? During the campaign, he once bragged that he “could shoot and kill someone in Times Square and his supporters would continue to be loyal.” Is this the man who is defiling the White House today?
The question is; “is a president above the law?” Can he or she do anything they desire and not be punished? Could a president kill someone; rape a woman; slander an individual; or be allowed to lie to the American people without receiving punishment?
If you said ‘yes,’ you are indicating that the President of the United States is more important than any other man or woman in America. You are denying the fact that all; all elected officials are publicservants.
Trump is an obese, immoral, unprincipled man and nothing more. His title is of no consequence according to the Law of the Land.
According to today’s rules related to the president, the first step must be the impeachment process begun by the House and later tried in the Senate. Trump has presented evidence which demands this action be initiated immediately.
The latest charge against the orange man demands his removal from office. Promising to use taxpayer money to bribe the leader of a foreign nation to falsify information about a political rival is unforgivable and demands the maximum punishment allowed by law.
There is no question; Trump is your ‘criminal-in-chief.’ Collusion, obstruction of justice, violations of the Emoluments Clause, and lying to the American people are sufficient reasons to remove Donny Boy from office.
Let the impeachment process begin.
“The truth lives here;” spread the word.
