Devin Nunes, Republican Representative from California, has been one of Trump’s biggest a** kissers for the last three years. His pitiful attempts to cover up Trump’s many crimes, and his current efforts to disrupt the impeachment hearings, are despicable and an act of treason against the people of the United States of America. But there’s much more.

On Friday it was discovered that Nunes made a trip to Vienna in 2018. He met with disgraced Ukraine prosecutor, Victor Shokin, for the sole purpose of “gathering dirt on Joe and Hunter Biden.” Nunes is not only Trump’s defender, he is one of the players in the Ukrainegate scandal.

Today’s Republican Party in name only should be ashamed of themselves. Each of them took an oath to ‘preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States,’ and all of them lied. We, the people, are the United States of America, and they refuse to serve us. They have no principles or morals; a fact they share with their fascist leader.

All GOP politicians know the truth. Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin during the 2016 election. He has committed at least 10 efforts to obstruct justice. His abuse of power is unforgivable. Tampering with witnesses has become another reason to impeach the orange child in the White House.

When our founding fathers created a ‘democratic republic,’ the idea was that the people would choose the men who served in government. These few men would serve the many by voting for legislation which would care for the needs and wishes of all Americans. Republicans are the puppets of special interests and will say or do anything to stay in power. Nunes, Moscow Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz, Chuck Grassley, and others are planning a trial in the senate which will quickly exonerate Trump at this very moment. There will not be an honest and just effort to decide Trump’s innocence or guilt; they have already decided the outcome of what will become a “kangaroo court.”

Trump arrogantly stated to the press that he ‘challenged Speaker Nancy Pelosi to send the impeachment decision to the senate where he would be acquitted because he owns the majority.’ This is the most fascist statement every made by an illegitimate president. Trump and his party are not Americans.
