Our government is dysfunctional. This situation was caused by one old, white man, Moscow Mitch McConnell. In January of 2009 he promised that his party, Republicans in name only, would do nothing until Barrack Obama was out of the White House; he is keeping that promise today. He created the ‘party of no.’ Today more than 200 bills, which would positively affect the majority of all Americans, were passed by the House, but sit on Moscow Mitch’s desk gathering dust. He has refused to allow a vote on the Senate floor. Included in these pieces of legislation are benefits for veterans, and funding to help prevent foreign intervention in future elections. Moscow Mitch is a traitor to the American people. His party comes first, not his country.

So, when the overpriced and overrated ‘Whole Foods’ named Moscow Mitch the ‘man of the year’ in their magazine, it was no surprise that twitter ‘blew up.’ Their reasoning for the dubious honor was Moscow Mitch’s efforts to promote hemp production in his state of Kentucky. However, no one who has caused so much harm to his state and to our nation should be respected. He is unfit to be a United States Senator.

On November 3, 2020, all Republicans should be sent home. This once Grand Old Party has become the enemy of the working class; the majority.
