The Inspector General’s report confirmed what every security agency in America reported; Russia interfered in our 2016 election with the sole intention of helping Donald Trump win the presidency. Trump was right; the election was rigged.

The American people are demanding that our government adopt measures to prevent any foreign agent from manipulating the results of future elections. Trump and his party are rejecting all efforts. Moscow Mitch McConnell earned his nickname for leading the resistance. He knows Trump cannot win an honest and fair election.

Chris Van Hollen is a Democratic Senator from Maryland. Yesterday he asked the Senate to pass a bill called, Defending Elections from Threats by Establishing Redlines, or DETER Act. Trump lackey, Mike Crapo, Democrat from Idaho, blocked its passage.

When will Republicans admit that their illegitimate president is a Russian agent, and that they support him and his fascist agenda? Trump’s connection to Vladimir Putin began in 1987 in Moscow. Just yesterday Trump met once again with Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, in the White House in secrecy. This was the same day he was facing impeachment in the House.

Once again, there is no doubt that Trump and Putin colluded to win the Electoral College in 2016. Trump has more close relationships with Russians than with the American people.
