I wrote yesterday that I found Trump’s two political ads, and Bloomberg’s one during the Super Bowl a travesty and an invasion of America having a ‘good day.’ Nobody wanted to think about politics during one of the best games ever played. The ugliness of the political climate cannot be ignored, but for four hours on the first Sunday in February, we were going to try.

There were 62 commercials before and during the game. Trump spent millions of dollars on two. One was a fallacious ad about ‘Criminal Justice Reform,’ but his other ad was 100 percent political and 100 percent lies. This ad ranked 62^nd. In the 61^st position was and ad for ‘Pop-Tart Pretzels.’ Bloomberg’s ad was ranked 60^th.

That’s right, a pretzel ad was more popular than the current illegitimate president. I wouldn’t be surprised if the pretzel was more intelligent and more believable than the orange man-child who infests our White House today. It’s a rare occasion when he is defiling our nation’s most treasured residence. Trump’s only scheduled event on Monday was Lunch with his homophobic white slave, Mike Pence. Trump works so hard?! Not!

It was reported that Trump’s campaign staff spent 11 million dollars on two failed ads. But Donny Boy is not concerned. If you follow this tool of the wealthy, you are aware that Trump will have an unlimited amount of dark money to spend on his reelection campaign. Without an enormous amount of donations from corporations, his Democratic opponent will likely be outspent two-to-one. Trump’s gift to the wealthy, inaccurately called “tax reform,” reduced the corporate maximum tax rate from 35 percent to 21 percent. The reduction was so large, America’s biggest corporations like Amazon and Wal-Mart paid zero dollars in taxes for the fiscal year 2019. This mistake added 1.2 trillion dollars to the deficit in a single year. This is unsustainable and will destroy our nation’s economy.

Trump’s support is in decline. The majority of those who remain loyal to our country’s greatest disaster are at his hate rallies. Real Republicans have abandoned this amoral and mentally incompetent fake president. The Trump Party is desperate and will continue their support of the orange man-child fearing the loss of their reelection campaigns.

I’m sure you are like me and are dreading the many campaign ads which will fill broadcast television during the next 10 months.
