Trump claims that he is donating his $400,000 per year salary to charity. However, there is no record from any charitable organization of a donation from Trump or from his business organization. In fact, there is no proof that Trump or any member of his Klan donating any money to charity in their entire lives. He stole from his own charity, and there are records of him bribing public officials, but not a single dollar has been given to anyone who really needs help.

For more than three years Trump has violated the Emoluments Clause by using his illegitimate presidency to increase foreign business interests. He should be in a federal prison, not the White House.

In a tweet today the White House announced that one-quarter of his 2020 salary will go to HHS to ‘fight the coronavirus.’ At the same time, he reduced funding for the CDC by 10 percent and eliminated the part of that agency tasked with preventing a pandemic in America. We have become so accustomed to conflicts in the Trump administration the media no longer reports half of the stories.

Not only is Trump increasing his personal revenue with foreign investments, the hotel Trump owns just blocks from the White House brought in nearly $41 million in revenue in 2018, a $400,000 increase from the year before. And beyond income from Trump’s numerous properties, the Trump Organization made more than $20 million in real estate sale revenues in 2018.

For Trump, his illegitimate presidency has become nothing but a business venture. In addition, when Trump golfs or parties at one of his resorts, taxpayers now pay for his travel and many other expenses. Trump is living the life of a true billionaire and you are paying for it. When Trump holds one of his hate rallies to receive praise from his cult, we pay for his travel and secret service protection, among other costs. The Trump Klan costs the American people more than 16 million dollars each month.

The national debt is increasing by more than one-trillion dollars a year under Trump’s rule and his failed fiscal policies.
