Moscow Mitch McConnell has taken up space in the senate for nearly 36 years, and is seeking another term. This old, very white man is 78 years old: the poster boy for term limits. Not once in his too long career has he accomplished something for the American people. To the contrary, he has protected special interests for his entire career. It is Moscow Mitch who created the “party of no” in 2009. He stood before the television cameras and promised that his party would do nothing as long as Barrack Obama was in the White House. He did not say, “that black man,” but it was clearly his intent.
He kept that promise and has refused to protect democracy for the last 11 years. Currently there are more than 300 bills passed by the House collecting dust on his desk. He has refused to allow a vote on probable laws which would aid Americans in need, our military and their families, and protect voting rights.
Moscow Mitch is the most corrupt senator in American history. He has hidden many of his crimes which involve using his position in the senate to take actions intended to assist in his reelection.
Two days ago, Moscow Mitch made a huge mistake. He falsely accused ‘blue states’ of receiving bailouts. This angered New York Governor Andrew Cuomo who offered some statistics which revealed Moscow Mitch’s corrupt tactics in a tweet.
“NY has given $116 billion more to the federal government than we received since 2015.
“Kentucky *took* $148 billion more from the federal government than it gave.
“Just give NY our money back, Senator McConnell.”
McConnell has illegally funneled money from the federal government to projects in Kentucky to gain advantage in his bids for reelection.
Records also prove that he has taken campaign contributions from Russian oligarchs. This, and his refusal to allow a vote on bills which would help states prevent foreign interference in our elections are the reasons why he earned the name, “Moscow Mitch.”
By the definition of the words, Moscow Mitch is a criminal for violating election laws, misusing funds, and is a traitor to the American people for multiple counts of obstructing justice for his own benefit.
If he wins a seventh term in November, the people of Kentucky must be condemned for extreme ignorance.
