Why do Republicans Hate Poor Americans?

republican-lies

For 40 years the Republican Party has been the party of the super-rich. Okay, I know that they are capitalistic pigs whose only concerns are their personal ambitions for wealth and power, but why do they hate poor Americans?

An additional 1.6 trillion dollar stimulus package has stagnated in the senate because Republicans refuse to include a Democratic proposal to provide additional funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), a federal program that provides low-income individuals and families with an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card that works like a debit card for purchasing food in local stores.

Here are the facts and why Republicans refuse to take money away from their wealthy supporters.

“The U.S. Department of Agriculture, which manages the program, said that requests for emergency food benefits went up by $2 billion last month as more than 22 million Americans found themselves unemployed due to the ongoing epidemic. Before the epidemic began, SNAP cost the federal government $4.5 billion to fund each month.”

The orange buffoon in the White House and his party don’t give a damn about 50 percent of all Americans. Between poor Americans, and low-income working men and women, at least one-half of our nation’s people struggle to survive every day. The coronavirus has exacerbated the situation.

The truth you will never hear from the television media or Republicans in name only is that white supremacists are in control of our nation’s government. The majority of men, women, and children living below the poverty line or struggling to survive in the richest nation in the world are minorities. For Trump, this fake Republican Party, and the super-rich, these American citizens are not worthy of consideration in 21st century America.

Before Trump won a rigged election in the Electoral College, America was moving forward and would have joined the rest of developed nations within the next decade. Trump and his fascist party are destroying the country of our founding fathers. The first, fourth, 10th, and 14th amendments are in danger. The second amendment, the most ambiguous and controversial amendment in the Bill of Rights, is gaining momentum under these fake-Americans. What’s wrong with this scenario?

I have survived 12 presidents, and I have never feared for my country to the level I fear today. Prior to Trump’s illegitimate presidency, I believed that George W. Bush was the worst president in American history. His lies, failures, and failed actions caused great harm to America. However, I never doubted that he loved his country. His failed presidency was influenced by Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Karl Rove, and others who saw an opportunity to accomplish their own ambitions. “W” was a tool.

Trump continues to collude with Vladimir Putin and Saudi Prince Mohammad bin Salman. He lacks sufficient intelligence to plan the destruction of America without foreign assistance.
