My first and most obvious question is “why would any intelligent and respected man or woman agree to any involvement with Trump’s incompetent and fallacious administration?”

Trump has ceased wasting the time of journalists and the American people. He is no longer conducting “daily coronavirus briefings.” There was little information and a lot of fake-bragging during the sometimes two-hour campaign rallies. The actual reason he ended his rants is because he once again “stepped in his own bullshit.” With no background in science, and a lack of understanding, the orange man-child suggested “injecting disinfectants” to fight the virus. No one could make up such an ignorant suggestion.

Two legitimate and qualified medical experts, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and Dr Deborah Birx, have offered the people facts, not fiction. However, Dr. Fauci has received death threats from Trump’s cult for correcting misinformation from the least intelligent man in America. He seldom appears on camera with the schoolyard bully any longer. Dr. Birx appeared with Trump until the last day, although she has been criticized by the scientific community for not telling the truth and refuting Trump’s lies and misstatements on occasion.

“The coronavirus task force official has been caught in an unenviable spot, juggling her public health mission and reputation with the need to stay in the good graces of Trump, who has shown both a penchant for touting unproven therapies and a willingness to show his critics the exit.”

On Thursday Dr. Birx was attacked for not correcting Trump’s ludicrous suggestion that ‘injecting disinfectants would kill the virus.’ On Sunday she defended the buffoon saying that ‘he processes information aloud.’

The White House is at war with the scientific community. The battle between Science and Disinformation rages on. Fortunately, without offering falsehoods daily before the television cameras, Trump will be forced to lie with his little thumbs.
