There is only one question and that question has one answer: “why have Republicans fought against universal healthcare for decades?” This answer is the fact that they are not the party of the people, they serve special interests. Their rich owners do not want to pay taxes which would help pay for healthcare for everyone. Capitalists are born without a heart or a conscience. Trump has reduced corporate taxes and taxes for the wealthy to the lowest level in history. Consider this: Amazon and Walmart paid zero dollars in taxes for 2019.
In 2010 the Affordable Care Act, now known as ‘Obamacare,’ was passed and nearly every American had an opportunity to have healthcare. In 2017, Trump, Moscow Mitch McConnell, and Lyin Paul Ryan hastily wrote a new law which would “repeal and replace” Obamacare. As many as 24 million Americans would have lost their healthcare. Fortunately, the bill was defeated in the senate. Only three Republicans cast dissenting votes: Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, and the late John McCain.

A huge change is coming soon. Millions of lost jobs related to the coronavirus will force the unemployed to seek additional sources for health insurance. Obamacare will experience a surge in enrollment, but there’s a catch.
It’s not necessary to point this fact out to my loyal readers; the Trump Party has no plan to provide healthcare for tens of thousands of Americans. More importantly, Trump’s lawyers placed Obamacare before the Supreme Court, claiming it is unconstitutional. If the Court sides with Trump, America will face another crisis under this failed administration. Tens of millions of men, women, and children will be without medical care. This situation would become an enormous economic crisis. Homelessness and poverty would see huge increases. Disaster will be inevitable.
Trump administration is destroying America. Not a single Republican member of the House, Senate, or the Trump administration has produced or presented a healthcare plan which would serve every American.
Always remember; Republican politicians have excellent healthcare and have prevented you from having the same. They are supposed to be working for you, not you for them.
