Trump Admits that Most Americans do not Like or Trust Republicans

republican-lies

First, a fact which scares the holy hell out of right-wing politicians and their supporters. The reason every state controlled by a Republican legislature makes an effort to suppress voting rights is fear of loss. Throughout modern voting history, when voter turnout is very large, Democrats and Independents win. The only situation which does not fit into this fact is the election of our president.

The unconstitutional Electoral College negates the rights of the people to elect the woman or man who will lead them for the next four years. The truth is that if the popular vote decided who would reside in the White House, Hillary Clinton would be sitting behind the desk in the Oval Office today, and a Democrat would have been in control of our government since 1993.

Patriotism

November’s election is the most important in history. The outcome in local, state, and federal elections will decide if the people want to save America, or are willing to surrender to an autocrat and his hypocritical party who believe that fascism is superior to democracy.

The single fact which will make that decision is voter turnout. Although Trump has proven that he is not an intelligent man, even he admits that he will lose if there is a record turnout in November.

The coronavirus pandemic continues, and will be with our nation on election day thanks to Trump’s failure to lead in January. Many states, including my own, Nevada, are planning to allow all voters an opportunity to vote by mail. Trump, the RNC, and his campaign staff are filing numerous lawsuits to prevent this from happening. Their fear, an historic loss on November 3rd.

“My biggest risk is that we don’t win lawsuits,” Trump said. “We have many lawsuits going all over. And if we don’t win those lawsuits, I think — I think it puts the election at risk.”

Trump was asked a two-part question during the interview: Would a substantial amount of mail-in voting, which is widely expected because of coronavirus, cause him to question the legitimacy of the election? And would he accept the results no matter what?

“Well, you can never answer the second question, right? Because Hillary kept talking about she’s going to accept, and they never accepted it. You know. She lost too. She lost good.” Clinton conceded the day after the 2016 election.

Unemployment

Let’s back up here. The truth needs to be told, and that never has and never will never happen from Donald Trump.

Trump won the Electoral College but lost the popular vote by three million ballots. Trump’s victory was given to him by three key states. Just over a total of 77,000 votes in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan decided the outcome of the election. If the facts are offered all Americans, Russia and the mainstream media colluded in a distant way to discredit the most qualified candidate in history. A lower voter turnout than expected in these three states gifted Trump the presidency.

Fact, thousands of Americans vote by mail, and voter fraud does not exist. Americans who work in other nations, government employees who serve in embassies and other U.S. agencies all vote by mail. Our military stationed overseas have voted by mail for decades.

Voting (2)

A final note. Times are changing and with time comes advancement and the replacement of antiquated policies and procedures. In 2010 I was heavily involved in the decennial census. The work for those of us in management was strenuous, physically and mentally. In 2020 most Americans are completing their forms on their personal computers, a much simpler and safer way to accomplish the goals my friends and I did in 2010.

The Electoral College prevents the importance of every voter. The Electoral College, by its very existence, negates the votes of millions of Americans every year. Their votes simply don’t count. This ancient system allows politicians to win the presidency by securing the electoral votes of a few key states. This violates the very intent of our founding fathers.
