Trump constantly ignores and violates the Constitution. I have serious doubt that he ever read the first line in the Bill of Rights, confirmed by is support for Evangelical leaders.

His most numerous violations involve the Fifth Amendment.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.]

The legal term is “due process.”

Not one of the men he murdered off the coast of Venezuela was proven guilty of any crime, and yet his worst joke on America, Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth, and our cowardly leaders in the Pentagon have murdered more than 100 individuals as I write this.

We were not attacked by Venezuela, or Nigeria when he ordered military strikes against non-Christians, so we were not at war. Only Congress can declare war. What happened in those nations is another abuse of power, power he illegally received from six corrupt right-wing extremists on the Supreme Court.

The truth is simple and obvious, but ignored by your government and the mainstream media: Trump is not an American President. He is opposed to everything our nation stands for, most significantly, “liberty and justice for all.” He is replacing the precepts of democracy with fascism.

The bottom line is America is no longer a capitalistic society, it is a plutocracy/oligarchy. 902 men and women control everything which happens in America in the 21^st century. Fact: a plutocracy cannot exist when a nation is ruled by democratic leaders.

Drastic change must come and come soon if the dream of our Founding Fathers is to continue for another 250 years.
