The opinions of a constitutional scholar is not required to understand the intent of  section three of the 14^th Amendment. It is simple and clear. No one who committed an act of sedition/insurrection is allowed to run for office in the federal government.

Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3:

[No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.]

DID YOU WATCH ALL THREE HOURS OF THE DARKEST DAY IN AMERICA?

On January 6, 2021, a sitting president executed an attempted coup with the intention of preventing the certification of the 2020 Electoral College vote. My wife and I watched Trump climb up to a makeshift podium just outside the White House and order his Nazi army to take immediate action, march to the Capitol Building, and forcibly halt the proceedings taking place to confirm the 2020 election results. The plans and organization occurred at the Willard Hotel in D.C. over a few previous weeks.

Although Trump and the right-wing propaganda machine, Fox News, convinced those who did not watch all three hours of the violent attacks on our democracy that it was a “peaceful protest,” nothing could be further from the truth.

ANOTHER ILLEGITIMATE AND RIGGED ELECTION

Early in 2024, the FBI warned us that Putin was once again attempting to interfere in our presidential election.

Based on the tragic events of January 6, several states removed Trump’s name from their ballots. Trump’s attorneys appealed to his stacked Supreme Court. Six corrupt and cowardly members of our nations highest deliberative body agreed with Trump, claiming that he was immune from prosecution for any crimes committed while holding the title of President of the United States. Pure bullshit.

After the November 5^th election, several of our nation’s most respected tech companies offered their opinion that Russian hackers had gained access to the voting machines in all seven swing states.

MY QUESTION CONCERNS THE VALIDITY AND INTENT OF THE SUPREME COURT

Why would five men and one woman violate the obvious intent of the 14^th Amendment and allow an old, obese man who hates America to run for the presidency for a second time?

There can be only one reason.

These traitors were fully aware of Putin’s efforts. Their timing tells us everything. I believe that, like Trump, their loyalty is to Vladimir Putin, not to the American people. This is the only possible reason for such a betrayal.

Think about it.
